About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Account manager to lead our Sales and Business Development efforts for our Professional Services and Titanium Talent PTY, Recruitment entities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management.

  • Mange the Business within its entirety to take full ownership on current portfolio's and formulate a centralised Account management system
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  • Identify and Grow revenue and increase sales in existing portfolios

Client Relationship Management:

  • Meet with Clients to Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.

Client Support and Service:

  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance.

Contract Management:

  • Negotiate and manage contracts with clients for new and existing Business within the portfolio

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Information technology or Computer Science.
  • In addition to a degree, having experience in sales, marketing, or business Development within the IT industry is highly beneficial.
