What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it): As a Business Developer, you'll play a crucial role in driving the growth of our asset management and generator leasing portfolios across various sectors. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with pre-sales and engineering teams to streamline processes, providing administrative and proposal support, and establishing lead-generation systems to maximise business opportunities. With quarterly sales KPIs to meet, you'll be motivated to cultivate strong relationships with key accounts and channel partners. Where you'll be doing it: Our client is a leader in solar energy solutions, committed to delivering exceptional service and driving innovation in asset management and generator leasing. Operating remotely/hybrid with a primary base in Johannesburg and with travel to customer sites. What you'll need: To excel as a Business Developer, you'll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. Your ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment will be essential, along with your resourcefulness and adaptability to an entrepreneurial work environment.
