Drake needs business developers to drive the sales of its services across both local and international markets, with a strong focus on manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, finance, engineering, IT, and more.
Must have: -
- Min 3.5 years active external B2B sales exposure - selling a service or a product.
- Matric
- ND, Degree - Advantageous
- Valid driver's license
- Own Car
- MS Office, CRM System exposure
- Strong communicator - not to hear yourself speak but to listen to be able to respond professionally.
- Languages - English (business language) intermediate to advance level,
Duties: -
- Maintain and reactivate old clients
- New Business Development - social media, cold call, networking, building a trusted client source, set up client meetings.
- Client Meetings - set up meetings, present, discuss our service, find a solution and get the buy in from the client
- Discuss Terms of Business, drive top negotiation, and sign good clients.
- Maintain clients by visiting them, building key accounts relationships.
- Drive KPI's, achieve targets.
- Problem solving, have the ability to solve problems and drive solutions.
