Are you passionate about compliance and ready to make a real impact in the medical technology sector? Our client, a world-leading healthcare technology company, is seeking a dynamic Business Compliance Associate to join their EMEA Business Compliance Team.
This is your opportunity to be at the forefront of healthcare compliance, working with cutting-edge medical devices and solutions that improve patient outcomes globally. You'll be the primary business contact ensuring all activities operate within strict compliance frameworks while supporting healthcare professionals across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
What You'll Do
- Lead Compliance Operations - Be the go-to expert for compliance queries, providing guidance and solutions for Fair Market Value assessments and Transfer of Value processes
- Manage End-to-End Contracts - From creation to execution, you'll handle contracts with Healthcare Professionals and Government Officials
- Drive Process Excellence - Review and approve market requests, ensuring alignment with healthcare compliance guidelines and local legislation
- Build Strategic Partnerships - Collaborate with global teams, IT, legal, and regional markets to drive innovation
- Ensure Documentation Excellence - Maintain comprehensive, auditable records throughout all process stages
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Higher education qualification or equivalent experience
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams
- Experience in customer-facing roles with solution-oriented approach
Preferred:
- 2-3 years healthcare industry experience preferably
- Cross-sector or cross-functional background
- Additional languages
- Experience with contract management or compliance processes
