About the position

Seeking a Business Application (SAP) Support Coordinator to manage SAP operations, ensure master data integrity, and act as the key liaison between business users and IT.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2-5 years' hands-on SAP ERP experience in an FMCG/manufacturing environment
  • Strong SAP FI experience (mandatory); SAP S/4HANA a plus
  • Proficiency in MM, SD, PP, FI/CO modules with master data management expertise
  • Full lifecycle SAP project experience: blueprinting, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live support
  • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and finance processes
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and business acumen skills
  • Excellent communication in English; ability to liaise with business users and IT teams
  • Ability to work across geographies and cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with SAP integration with third-party systems (WMS, MES, CRM)
  • Documentation, training, and change management experience
  • Own vehicle or reliable transport required
