About the position
Seeking a Business Application (SAP) Support Coordinator to manage SAP operations, ensure master data integrity, and act as the key liaison between business users and IT.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2-5 years' hands-on SAP ERP experience in an FMCG/manufacturing environment
- Strong SAP FI experience (mandatory); SAP S/4HANA a plus
- Proficiency in MM, SD, PP, FI/CO modules with master data management expertise
- Full lifecycle SAP project experience: blueprinting, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live support
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and finance processes
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and business acumen skills
- Excellent communication in English; ability to liaise with business users and IT teams
- Ability to work across geographies and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with SAP integration with third-party systems (WMS, MES, CRM)
- Documentation, training, and change management experience
- Own vehicle or reliable transport required
