As a Business Analyst / Project Manager, you will:
- ?? Analyse Business Needs: Engage stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
- ?? Design Solutions: Collaborate with IT architects and vendors to define system architecture and functional specifications.
- ?? Test & Validate: Oversee user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- ?? Deliver Projects: Manage end-to-end project lifecycles—from initiation and planning to implementation and handover.
- ?? Drive Change: Facilitate workshops, present proposals to senior leadership, and lead digital transformation efforts.
- ?? Lead Teams: Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and ensure effective self-management and teamwork.
