About the position
Description:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse processes, and develop solutions that meet business objectives. The candidate will need a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), payment systems, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What you will be doing:
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
- Participate in the testing and validation of solutions.
- Support project management activities by providing updates and reports.
- Identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines.
What our client is looking for:
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with payment gateways.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be an Indian National.
- Must be able to work full-time at the client site in New Delhi, India, five days a week.
