Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education: BSc, BEng, or BTech in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) discipline, or equivalent experience (BTS) with relevant mining industry experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analyst role within the mining industry.
Compulsory Skills:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the mining value chain, from extraction at the pit through to final product delivery at the port.
  • Proficient in mining recovery processes,
  • Reconciliation practices,
  • Production accounting standards related to mineral beneficiation.
  • Skilled in applying short interval control methodologies to support agile decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and drive profitability
