About the position
Key responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis across multiple concurrent projects.
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
- Produce high-quality documentation including Business Requirements Documents, Functional Specification, User Stories and Process Maps.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and engagement sessions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
- Support SDLC phases including design, development, testing and UAT.
- Support the UAT process by providing guidance and clarifying requirements ambiguities.
- Maintain requirements traceability.
- Conduct gap analysis and process improvement activities.
Key deliverables:
- Business and functional requirements documentation.
- Process maps and workflow diagrams.
- Stakeholder engagement outputs.
- Traceability matrices and UAT support artefacts.
Governance, risk and compliance:
- Ensure all processes align with organisational governance, compliance, and audit standards.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for process changes and digital initiatives.
- Support internal and external audits by providing process evidence, metrics, and controls.
- Embed quality, risk management, and controls into process design.
Qualifications and experience:
- Relevant Degree / Diploma in IT, Business Analysis, Information Systems or related field; or recognised Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA or equivalent).
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant Business Analysis experience within Software Application Development environments.
- Proven experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
