Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards for sales, marketing spend (CAC and ROAS), product usage, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into effective visual solutions
• Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of all reports and dashboards
• Analyse large datasets to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for business optimisation
• Troubleshoot performance, data integrity, and usability issues within reports and dashboards
• Stay up to date with Power BI advancements and apply best practices to enhance reporting capabilities

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Education:
  • Relevant Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
  
  


• Experience:
  
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data visualisation
  • Proven experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI
  • Experience working with large datasets and performing analytical tasks
  
  


• Technical Skills:
  
  • Power BI (advanced)
  • SQL and Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  
  


• Advantageous:
  
  • Experience with Tableau or QlikView
  • Knowledge of data modelling and ETL processes
  • Exposure to cloud-based platforms (Azure or AWS)
  • Power BI or related certification
