About the position
The Business Analyst will capture, analyse, and document business requirements, support software delivery, and facilitate change management, testing, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and document business functions, processes, and system requirements
- Liaise between end-users and IT for system analysis, design, testing, and maintenance
- Develop requirements for new systems or enhancements
- Plan and conduct process improvement initiatives
- Support project management, training, and mentoring
- Participate in testing, user acceptance, and quality assurance
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Engineering degree advantageous but not mandatory; other relevant degrees considered
- Diploma in Business Analysis or software development - advantageous
Experience:
- 4+ years' experience in business analysis, process analysis, and bespoke web or mobile projects
- Advanced Excel and MS Office; SQL - advantageous
- FMCG or Dynamics NAV / Business Central experience - advantageous
- Valid driver's license

- Adaptable to change and fast-paced environments
