Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for bridging business needs and technical solutions? We're seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join a high-impact team driving performance, integration, and innovation across enterprise systems.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and process flows
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to align solutions with business goals
• Support system integration, testing (UAT), and post-deployment validation
• Perform SQL-based data validation and troubleshoot system issues
• Contribute to change management, training, and user adoption strategies
• Assist in WPF workflows, HTML edits, and API interpretation for business integration

OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE

• Degree in Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 4+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Solid understanding of relational databases, ERDs, UML, and data modelling
• Experience with SQL scripting, stored procedures, and API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger)
• Exposure to Agile/Waterfall methodologies and system implementation projects
• Bonus: Familiarity with WPF, Zendesk, or Splynx

YOUR REWARD

• Salary range: R600K - R800K CTC p.a.
