Key Responsibilities
System & Tool Enablement
Ensure seamless functionality of adviser-focused tools and applications.
Enhance ease of use and overall experience for intermediaries and end-users.
Identify, manage, and reduce advice-related risks associated with tool usage.
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
Facilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and analysis sessions.
Translate business needs into clear user stories, use cases, process maps, and flow diagrams.
Perform gap analysis between current and future states to guide system or process changes.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure regulatory-aligned user experiences.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a key bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Present analytical findings and influence strategic decisions at senior levels.
Support QA through reviewing test cases and participating in UAT.
Assist with training content, release notes, and feature rollouts.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years’ Business Analyst experience (including 2+ years in a senior/lead role).
Proven background in Web Applications, SaaS products, or Enterprise platforms.
Proficiency in modelling techniques such as BPMN and UML.
Preferred Qualifications
CBAP, PMI-PBA, or CSPO certification.
Knowledge of financial industry regulations affecting intermediaries.
Experience with APIs and third-party data integration.
Skills & Competencies
Strong financial services domain knowledge (e.g., wealth, investment, retail banking).
Advanced Agile/Scrum expertise and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
