About the position

DBN000156: BUSINESS ANALYST - PINETOWN DURBAN

Purpose of the Job:
Our client seeks an experienced Business Analyst to join their BPO division and to enhance operations and drive digital transformation. Using Laserfiche or similar tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Finance, or related field.
  • Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA or Agile  

Technical Competencies and Experience:

  • Streamline customer workflows through digital automation.
  • Build scalable workflows in Laserfiche, integrated with ERP and client systems.
  • Support clients, gather needs, train, and drive ongoing improvement.
  • Compile clear and detailed Business Requirement Specifications (BRS).
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Oversee workflow automation projects, BIC report development and manage SAGE Evolution.
  • National travel maybe required for client project.

  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

  • Able to manage multiple customer projects at the same time.
  • Potential to lead a team in the future.
