We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong experience in Card Operations to join a dynamic and fast-paced financial services environment. This role is ideal for a professional with deep expertise in credit card issuing and acquiring processes, who thrives on turning data into actionable insights and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end business analysis across credit card issuing and acquisition processes.
- Analyse data from CMS, FAS, and TSYS platforms to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, Risk, and Product to design and implement effective business solutions.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and actionable insights.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through effective communication, proactive engagement, and issue resolution.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, compliance standards, and internal governance frameworks.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of credit, debit, ATM, and prepaid card products to drive innovation and continuous improvement across multiple regions.
RequirementsMinimum Requirements
- Strong understanding of the Credit Card domain, including Issuing and Acquiring processes.
- Proven experience working with CMS, FAS, and TSYS systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Relevant industry certifications (Business Analysis, Payments, or Card-related certifications) will be advantageous.
