About the position

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business and technology. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges, analyse processes, define requirements, and support the delivery of solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly analytical professional who enjoys solving complex business problems and delivering measurable value.


Key Responsibilities
Requirements Analysis

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear and actionable specifications.
Process Improvement
  • Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Recommend and support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Solution Delivery
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement business solutions.
  • Ensure solutions align with business objectives and system capabilities.
Testing & Validation
  • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and expectations.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as the key liaison between business and IT teams.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement review sessions.
Documentation & Governance
  • Maintain accurate business analysis documentation, including BRDs, functional specifications, process maps, and traceability matrices.
  • Ensure compliance with governance standards and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process improvement.
  • ERP experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Supply Chain industry experience advantageous.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
