RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth investigations and root cause analyses to understand business challenges, their effects, and drivers using various business analysis techniques.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to document, assess, and improve business processes through interviews, workshops, and facilitation sessions.
- Translate complex business needs into functional and technical requirements that align with strategic goals.
- Drive process improvements and recommend system enhancements to optimise operational efficiency.
- Analyse new and existing systems and contribute to system design by creating detailed specifications.
- Support development teams by constructing programs (including coding, testing, and debugging) where applicable.
- Create and present detailed business cases, including risk assessments, cost-benefit analysis, and return on investment.
- Conduct playback sessions with stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure alignment between business needs and project deliverables.
- Utilise data analytics to provide insights, define requirements, and deliver actionable, data-driven recommendations.
- Guide business units in enhancing their processes, services, and software solutions.
- Apply agile methodologies and serve as a Product Owner to ensure continuous delivery of value to the business.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining accurate documentation, tracking milestones, and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Foster relationships with internal teams, customers, and suppliers while effectively managing scope, priorities, and expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or B-Tech in Information Technology, Business Analysis, or related field.
- Medical Industry experience required.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- 1 - 3 years in a leadership or team management role.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
