RequirementsRequired Skills and Qualifications
· Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on front-end application development and delivery.
· Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or related frameworks) and an understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC).
· Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex business problems, identify solutions, and communicate findings effectively.
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Tools Proficiency: Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar for project management and documentation.
· Agile Methodology: Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
· Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions to business and technical challenges.
· Education: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills
· Experience with UI/UX principles and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq).
· Knowledge of API integration and microservices architecture.
· Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
· Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster).
Working Conditions
