Job Title: Contract Business Analyst - Servicing & Claims Transformation

About the Role:
A leading financial services organization is seeking a Contract Business Analyst to support its transformation of servicing and claims operations using Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role focuses on analyzing processes, capturing requirements, and enabling solutions that simplify legacy operations, introduce automation, and improve client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for servicing and claims processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to design and implement D365 solutions.
- Support process re-engineering and automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs to validate business needs.
- Assist with testing, user adoption, and system rollout activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in financial services or insurance.
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
- Experience with process improvement and business transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
