About the position
A leading property development and residential management company is looking for a Building and Residence Manager to oversee the efficient day-to-day management of a residential development, ensuring excellent service delivery, tenant satisfaction, operational efficiency and the overall upkeep of the property.

? Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
? Relevant qualification in Property Management, Facilities Management, Real Estate, ? Building Management or a related field would be advantageous.
? 3–5 years' experience in building, residential, property or facilities management.
? Experience managing contractors and external service providers.
? Strong understanding of building maintenance and property operations.
? Experience dealing directly with tenants, residents or clients.
? Good knowledge of health and safety requirements.
? Strong administrative, organisational and problem-solving skills.
