About the position
Coactivate is looking for an experienced, self-driven and motivated Bridge Team Leader to join our team! You will be responsible for nurturing, supervising, coaching, leading, managing, rewarding, and motivating learners on a 1-year learnership.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- Relevant qualification - Diploma / Moderator / Assessor
- 1 - 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Good Computer skills - Microsoft Office
- Experience with organizing Learnership programs
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Set clear team goals and KPIs
- Delegate tasks and set project deadlines
- Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance
- Monitor and drive speed to competency of learners
- Conduct regular coaching's and performance evaluation
- Develop a well-designed and motivating learner assessment program
- Regular communication with learners about their performance
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Motivate learners
- Identify training needs and implement programs to close gaps
- Listen to learners feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Plan and organize team building activities
