About the role
We are seeking a professional Bridge Team Leader to join our Engineering team. As the Bridge Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of bridge projects. You will lead a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage bridge projects from conception to completion
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians
- Ensure projects comply with regulations and standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders including clients, government agencies, and contractors
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and schedules
