About the Role
We are seeking a creative and commercially minded Brand Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, enhance customer engagement, and drive business growth. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels while ensuring alignment with product strategy and overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute integrated multi-channel marketing strategies to support business and brand objectives.
· Plan and manage annual and seasonal marketing calendars and campaigns.
· Lead the planning and execution of brand campaigns, activations, collaborations, and special projects.
· Conduct and interpret consumer research to strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders including senior leadership, merchandising, creative, production, visual merchandising, and e-commerce teams.
· Prepare clear campaign briefs and oversee execution from concept through to completion.
· Build and maintain relationships with marketing agencies, suppliers, and external partners.
· Negotiate supplier pricing and manage marketing-related procurement.
· Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaign delivery.
· Coordinate print and in-store marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent brand execution across all retail locations.
· Partner with Visual Merchandising teams to enhance the customer experience through effective in-store marketing.
· Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
· Stay informed of emerging marketing trends, digital platforms, and consumer behaviour to identify new opportunities.
RequirementsMinimum Requirements
Qualifications
· Grade 12 (Matric).
· Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, or a related field.
· Digital marketing or brand strategy certifications will be advantageous.
Experience
· 3–5 years' experience in brand management, marketing coordination, or integrated marketing.
· Proven experience supporting or managing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store environments.
· Retail marketing experience is essential.
· Experience working with marketing agencies, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
· Experience coordinating marketing calendars and seasonal campaign rollouts.
· Exposure to campaign planning, execution, reporting, and performance analysis.
· Understanding of retail visual merchandising and in-store marketing execution.
