EVER wanted to work in Dubai? Well, our client, a global Luxury Retailer has an exciting opportunity on offer for a Brand Manager who will own the development and execution of brand strategy for its luxury fashion portfolio. Through integrated campaigns, market insight, content direction, retail activation, and partner coordination, the role will strengthen brand desirability and commercial relevance. You will translate global or portfolio direction into locally effective plans while protecting tone, visual identity, and customer experience across every channel. Success means delivering consistent storytelling that increases awareness, engagement, traffic, conversion, and loyalty. You will manage priorities, budgets, agencies, and timelines with strong attention to detail. This is a hands-on opportunity for a brand operator who can move confidently between strategic planning and high-quality execution in a demanding luxury environment.
DUTIES:
- Own annual brand plans, priorities, budgets, and calendars, connecting strategic choices to awareness, engagement, traffic, conversion, and revenue outcomes across relevant customer and retail touchpoints.
- Lead integrated campaigns from brief through launch and evaluation, aligning creative, media, digital, retail, public relations, and commercial stakeholders around one consistent brand narrative.
- Translate market, customer, competitor, and category insight into actionable positioning and activation decisions that improve local relevance while preserving global luxury standards and brand equity.
- Govern brand identity across campaigns, content, stores, e-commerce, partnerships, and customer communications, ensuring every expression meets defined visual, verbal, and experience standards.
- Manage agencies, partners, production workflows, and timelines through clear briefs, approval processes, and performance reviews, improving execution quality while controlling spend and delivery risk.
- Partner with merchandising, retail, and commercial teams to coordinate launches, seasonal priorities, events, and clientele initiatives that strengthen product storytelling and sell-through.
- Establish reporting rhythms and post-campaign reviews, turning performance data and stakeholder feedback into sharper investment decisions, improved customer engagement, and stronger future planning.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Luxury fashion brand management experience with strong knowledge of positioning, campaign development, customer experience, retail activation, and premium consumer expectations across competitive markets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage integrated marketing programs, agencies, budgets, timelines, and senior stakeholders while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and consistent execution standards.
- Strong analytical and communication capability, including practical use of market research, campaign reporting, digital analytics, presentation tools, and productivity platforms to guide decisions and influence cross-functional teams.
Advantageous –
- Experience working with international luxury, designer, beauty, accessories, or premium lifestyle brands, particularly across the Middle East or other culturally diverse markets.
- Exposure to omnichannel commerce, CRM, clientele, retail operations, influencer partnerships, events, or fashion week activity that connects brand heat with measurable customer and commercial outcomes.
- Fluency in Arabic or additional regional market knowledge would support stronger local insight, stakeholder relationships, and culturally relevant brand activation.
