About the position
Branch Manager- Design Quarter The role of the DQ Branch Manager is to oversee all operational functions within the branch, fulfil their own sales targets, manage branch staff and take new instructions from the General Manager and CEO. Minimum requirements 10 years experience in commission based sales. Fluent in English and another South African language. The DQ Manager on probation will qualify for the Manager Bonus if the store target is reached for each month within the probation period.
5 years experience in furniture store management,
Staff management experience
Strong admin, reporting and computer skills (excel spreadsheets),
Outgoing, customer relationship friendly personality type,
