Branch Manager

About the position

A well-established company in Pretoria is seeking an experienced Branch Manager
Minimum Requirements

• Matric (tertiary qualification advantageous)
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Branch Manager or similar management role
• Previous experience managing a branch with responsibility for sales, administration, warehouse and operations
• Strong business acumen with the ability to drive profitability and branch performance
• Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (essential)
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall performance and profitability of the branch
• Lead, mentor and develop the branch team
• Drive sales growth and maintain strong customer relationships
• Oversee all branch administration and ensure operational efficiency
• Manage warehouse operations, stock control and inventory
• Monitor budgets, expenses and branch performance
• Ensure high levels of customer service
• Implement and maintain company policies and procedures
• Prepare and analyse branch reports and KPIs
• Liaise with management regarding branch performance and strategic objectives
