Branch Manager
Locations: Ermelo, Mpumalanga

A market leader in industrial products and engineering solutions, is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our branch in Ermelo.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive branch profitability and achieve sales and financial targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop the branch team to deliver exceptional performance.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
- Ensure excellent customer service and effective branch operations.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and warehouse efficiencies.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and branch performance against KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Develop strategies to grow market share within the region.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (tertiary qualification in Business Management, Sales, or Engineering will be advantageous).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Branch Management or Senior Sales Management role.
- Proven experience managing sales, operations, and staff.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Experience within the industrial, engineering, bearings, power transmission, hydraulics, fluid handling, mining, or related technical industries will be highly advantageous.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office and ERP systems).
- Valid driver's licence.

Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a commercially astute leader who understands the industrial distribution environment and has experience managing both technical sales and branch operations. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with maintenance managers, engineers, procurement teams, OEMs, mines, manufacturers, agricultural operations, and industrial end-users while driving sales growth, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service.
