About the position

DBN000195 – Branch Manager – Eston

Purpose of the Job: 






To manage the daily operations of the store, ensuring sales growth, effective stock control and excellent customer service.






Required Qualifications: 

  • Matric (essential)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
  • 2–4 years of relevant work experience
  • Valid driver’s license (essential)
  • Proficient in computer literacy

Technical Competencies & Experience: 

  • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure profitability
  • Drive sales and maintain high standards of customer service
  • Manage stock levels and merchandising
  • Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff
  • Handle administrative duties


Behavioral Competencies: 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
