? Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of in-store retail sales experience
  
  
• At least 3 years of store management experience
  
  
• Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  
  
• Proven track record in:
  
  
  • Shrinkage and expense control
    
    
  • Budget management
    
    
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
    
    
• IR (Industrial Relations) experience advantageous
  
  
• Ability to manage a team of 15-20 staff
  
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  
  
• Strong numerical and communication skills (written and verbal)
  
  
• Target-driven with excellent leadership abilities
