Branch Manager at Sondor Industries

About the position

We are looking for a Branch Manager to oversee the Sales, Production and Distribution activities of the branch and to meet the short and long term objectives of the Company.

Our ideal candidate must have 8+ years working experience as a Manager within the Production / Manufacturing environment.

Duties:

• Overall responsibility is to ensure optimal functioning of the branch.
• Maintaining equitable employment practices at the Branch.
• Overseeing the Production Processes, ensuring that all operations run smoothly.
• Must be able to report on Sales, Finance, and Regional Distributions
• Growing Branch Sales in both Cross/Non cross linked foam
• Managing staff performance outcomes
• Review branch cost and controls.
• Report and act on variances/exceptions.

Minimum requirements:

• Must have a Grade 12/ or equivalent qualification
• Marketing Diploma /or with Technikon/or B Degree
