We're looking for a dynamic Branch Administrator & Receptionist to join our team and provide world-class administrative and front-office support. This role is the backbone of our branch operations, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient branch administration, including reporting, filing, budgeting support, and maintaining accurate records.
- Prepare professional documents such as CVs, proposals, letters, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Assist with processing invoices, maintaining registers, petty cash, ordering supplies, and other financial administration.
- Assist with branch payroll administration, including collecting timesheets, verifying hours, and preparing payroll inputs.
- Support recruitment activities: sourcing candidates, posting vacancies, setting up interviews, scheduling assessments, and maintaining candidate files.
- Manage reception duties: answering calls professionally, welcoming visitors, handling queries, and ensuring excellent client and candidate service.
- Maintain office equipment, coordinate IT issues, and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Provide administrative support to the Branch Manager and branch personnel as needed.
Key Requirements
- Grade 12
- Strong administrative background within a service-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, typing accuracy, and computer literacy.
- Strong organisational, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional telephone manner and high standard of personal presentation.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain strict confidentiality.
