We are seeking a dedicated Border Clearing Administrator to join our team. As a Border Clearing Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of border clearance processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate of equivalent to NQF4.
• 2 - 3 years' experience in custom clearance, border control, or logistics administration.
• Strong knowledge of customs systems and import/export documentation and border regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and submit import/export documentation in accordance with customs requirements.
• Ensure all clearance paperwork is completed promptly to prevent delays.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs laws, tariffs, and international trade agreements.
• Liaise with customers officials, freight forwarders, and regulatory agencies to resolve queries.
• Support Audit and inspection processes when required.
• Provide accurate updates and clearance status and regulatory requirements.
