About the position
DBN000069 – Bookkeeper – Wartburg KZN
Purpose of the Job:
To assist the company in managing their finances by documenting transactions, paying & issuing invoices, generating reports & recording accurate financial data
Required Qualifications:
- Bookkeeping Qualification - Essential
- Relevant experience with multiple cost centre accounting and analysis - Preferred
Technical Competencies & Experience:
- Managing the asset registry, which includes applying the depreciating technique
- Purchases of inventory and fuel consumables
- Handling of Trade, Purchases and Other Payables
- Printing and filing of all invoices for customers and suppliers must be printed and filed. (A through Z)
- Administering of trade debtors Aging Analysis follow up on outstanding accounts
