About the position
Are you a detail-driven Bookkeeper with a knack for keeping financials neat and tidy?
My client, a leader in educational and experiential travel brands providing transformative experiences, is on the lookout for a Bookkeeper to join their dynamic team! They're seeking someone with at least 5 years of relevant experience, who’s confident with Xero, and comfortable handling the day-to-day flow of financial admin and bookkeeping tasks.
This is a hands-on role—perfect for someone who thrives in a smaller team, enjoys owning their space, and can work independently without micromanagement.

Location: Fully Remote
What you’ll be doing
- Day-to-day bookkeeping using Xero
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing supplier invoices and payments
- Managing debtors and creditors
- VAT calculations and submissions
- Month-end reconciliations and reporting
- General financial admin and ad-hoc support where required
What they’re looking for
- At least 5 years’ bookkeeping or similar experience
- Proficiency with Xero accounting software (non-negotiable)
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and basic accounting
- Sharp attention to detail and high accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
