About the position

Are you a detail-driven Bookkeeper with a knack for keeping financials neat and tidy?

My client, a leader in educational and experiential travel brands providing transformative experiences, is on the lookout for a Bookkeeper to join their dynamic team! They're seeking someone with at least 5 years of relevant experience, who’s confident with Xero, and comfortable handling the day-to-day flow of financial admin and bookkeeping tasks.

This is a hands-on role—perfect for someone who thrives in a smaller team, enjoys owning their space, and can work independently without micromanagement.

Location: Fully Remote

What you’ll be doing

  • Day-to-day bookkeeping using Xero

  • Bank reconciliations

  • Processing supplier invoices and payments

  • Managing debtors and creditors

  • VAT calculations and submissions

  • Month-end reconciliations and reporting

  • General financial admin and ad-hoc support where required
What they’re looking for

  • At least 5 years’ bookkeeping or similar experience

  • Proficiency with Xero accounting software (non-negotiable)

  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and basic accounting

  • Sharp attention to detail and high accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
