About the position

Duties & Responsibilities

• Shared full function of debtors including invoicing, collections, journals, and credit notes.
• Process inter branch debit advices (DAs)
• Account queries
• EFT payments
• Salaries and Wages - Rotate in processing weekly timesheets and monthly salaries, every 3 weeks, on Accsys / Nutun Peopleware.
• Leave control
• Processing of monthly NBC returns for relief workers
• Fully responsible for the creditors function of the branch, receive invoice, reconcile and send to head office for processing and payment.
• Petty cash assistance
• Other admin

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Matric (non-negotiable).
• Tertiary qualification would be an advantage.
• Computer literate with MS Office, specifically Excel.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Full debtors and creditors function experience.
• Salaries and Wages processing experience.
• Dynamics Grait Plains and Accsys System experience an advantage.
