What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepare highly accurate monthly trial balance sheets for management review.
• Process monthly payroll taxes and manage factory staff wages securely.
• Submit required Value Added Tax returns to SARS on time.
• Perform daily bank and active supplier statement reconciliations accurately.
• Provide weekly cash flow reports to business owners confidently.

Experience & Qualifications:

• You must show proven daily experience in full charge bookkeeping.
• You strictly need a deep working understanding of SARS tax compliance.
• You must possess a strong ability to manage active factory payroll.
• You need proven daily experience using accounting software like Sage.
• You must confidently perform accurate daily ledger updates and bank reconciliations.
