Bookkeeper

About the position

Join our client, a fast-paced, agriculture-focused group based in the Waterkloof area, as a Bookkeeper and unlock long-term growth within a structured finance team that prioritises accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

• Capture and process daily financial transactions accurately and timeously
• Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts
• Assist with month-end processes and reporting
• Maintain financial records and supporting documentation in accordance with compliance standards

Requirements:

• 2 - 5 years' bookkeeping experience, with a focus on transaction processing.
• Exposure to FICA and compliance processes will be a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in SAGE Evolution (or similar accounting software)
• Strong numerical and administrative skills
• Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
• Matric with relevant financial/accounting qualifications advantageous

The salary for this position can range between R20?000 and R30?000, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience.  Note that it is the client's prerogative to offer any market related salary considering the candidate's qualifications, skills, and level of experience.
