The Role: Bookkeeper
This role plays a crucial part in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting the smooth functioning of daily operations. You'll manage full bookkeeping duties, ensure compliance, and provide timely financial insights to support management decision-making in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and process all accounting transactions.
• Perform reconciliations for suppliers, banks, and credit cards.
• Prepare VAT submissions, payments, and assist with month-end reporting.
• Capture expenses and revenue accurately up to the trial balance.
• Support budgeting, financial reporting, and audit preparation processes.

About You

• Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience (hospitality experience advantageous).
• Proficient in Xero, Pastel, or similar accounting systems.
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
• Able to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
