About the position
Related Tertiary Finance Qualification
At least 3 - 4 years experience as a Bookkeeper
Sound Knowledge of Xero Accounting
Bookkeeping skills to Trial Balance
Payroll accounting skills
Experience within a technical environment preferred
Oversee company's financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable
Daily financial entries and reconciliations
Perform daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments.
Handle Creditors, reconcile creditors statement
Pay creditors, credit applications
Load invoices on debtors portals
Credit notes
Banks statements and bank recons
Deductions on salaries
PAYE e-filing
Maintain employee files
Handling maintenance of building
Desired Skills:
