About the position

Minimum Requirements
Grade 12/Matric
Tertiary qualification would be an advantage
2+ years' experience in aviation, travel or charter operations
Overview of position
To manage all flight bookings, customer enquiries, scheduling coordination, passenger documentation, invoicing support and customer service activities to ensure efficient and professional service delivery.
- Manage aircraft charter booking requests and confirmations.
- Coordinate passenger manifests and travel documentation.
- Liaise with clients regarding flight schedules and amendments.
- Coordinate with flight operations regarding aircraft availability.
- Prepare quotations and booking confirmations.
- Maintain booking records and customer databases.
- Assist with invoicing and payment tracking.
- Coordinate VIP passenger requirements.
- Ensure compliance with aviation administrative requirements.
- Provide after-hours support for urgent operational changes when required.
