What They Are Looking For - In Summary:
Strong Admin & Data Accuracy Skills
- You'll be capturing and maintaining orders from internal system onto partner portals.
- Accuracy and data integrity are critical, especially since this involves network infrastructure.
Customer Support & Escalation Handling
- You must be comfortable in a customer-facing role, handling escalations and delivery delays calmly and effectively.
- Communication is key - you'll need to liaise with multiple stakeholders (internal sales, infrastructure partners, etc.).
Technical Understanding of Fibre & Systems
- They prefer someone with basic fibre network knowledge, or exposure to telecoms/FTTX environments.
- Experience with tools like Siebel, Oracle, or MSPI is a strong plus.
- You should have intermediate Excel skills (for tracking, reporting, and analysis).
Proactive Monitoring & Feedback
- You'll review incoming orders for quality and give feedback to sales teams if orders are incomplete or incorrect.
- You're expected to spot trends, summarize delivery issues, and escalate them to management.

Systems Knowledge
Familiar with Siebel, Oracle, MSPI, and Excel
Education
Matric is required; a technical diploma or degree is a bonus

Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, strong communicator, and organized
Industry Knowledge
Fibre installation/bitstream service delivery (desirable but not mandatory)

- Order aging - keeping backlogs low
- Monthly delivery volumes - ensuring throughput
- Escalation volume - minimizing service issues and customer complaints
