capture receipts across the relevant portfolios, analyse utility and operating recoveries, and
reconcile all billing against lease and contract data. You will interpret new leases,
amendments and terminations into the system (such as MDA/MRI), update recurring billing
setups and ensure that all data is accurate and audit-ready. In addition, you'll support data-
integrity tasks, system clean-up activities, and assist clients and internal stakeholders with
complex billing queries.
you have MRI/MDA property system experience. If you don't have the MRI/MDA experience,
we'll consider a minimum of 4 years of finance administration experience. We're ideally looking for someone who has property or services environment experience. You'll be proficient in Excel and comfortable with property-billing or lease-management systems such as MDA/MRI (or similar). You'll bring strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to interpret lease documentation and billing schedules. You'll also possess clear

moving environment. A valid South African citizenship and an office-based role in Cape
Town's CBD branch is required.
