About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous and results-driven BI Department Project Coordinator to oversee retail media campaign management, compliance, and execution across a national pharmaceutical retail footprint. Serving as the vital strategic liaison between external retail media entities and our internal Operations Team, you will ensure field marketing and merchandising campaigns run seamlessly, issues are resolved with urgency, and store-level execution meets rigorous brand standards. This role sits within our specialized Business Intelligence department, combining field project management with data-driven retail analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Media Campaign Execution
- Oversee retail media campaigns from initiation to final in-store execution, collaborating closely with BI department analysts.
- Act as the primary, high-touch point of contact for retail media networks, efficiently managing all client queries via phone and email.
- Cascade comprehensive campaign briefs to the Field Operations Team and In-Store Merchandisers to guarantee perfect execution on the retail floor.
Business Intelligence & Systems Administration
- Utilize, maintain, and extract value from specialized BI data tools, field reporting software, and client-facing performance dashboards (e.g., Repsly, specialized retail databases).
- Maintain, update, and audit field Master Data, route lists, and regional manager schedules across system platforms.
- Manage, update, and distribute internal cover sheets, merchandising lists, and monthly retail tracking schedules.
- Deliver actionable operational feedback and data insights during weekly cross-departmental and management meetings.
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Education: A completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a closely related commercial field.
- Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in retail analytics, field operations, or project coordination, preferably with exposure to supervisory or team leadership duties.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and comfort navigating industry-related databases, retail audit apps, and web applications.
Inherent Job Requirements
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle to conduct regular operational site visits to corporate retail and baby care retail stores.
- Travel: Willingness and ability to undertake ad-hoc national travel as required by the business (e.g., quarterly domestic flights to regional branches).
- Flexibility: Ability to work overtime as and when operationally necessary to meet campaign launch deadlines.
