Are you seasoned data analytics professional ready to step into a leadership role where your insights directly influence strategic decision-making? We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Lead to take ownership of analytics and insights across the organization, partnering with key stakeholders to unlock the full value of data.

About the role:
The Business Intelligence Lead is responsible for leading the data analytics and insights efforts for an organization. They work with various stakeholders to identify business needs, gather data, and use data analytics to provide insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements and develop analytics solutions to meet those needs.
· Gather and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to various stakeholders across the organization.
· Use different analytics techniques such as descriptive reports, diagnostic dashboards, machine learning and predictive modeling to provide deeper insights and recommendations.
· Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. Use design-thinking processes to develop analytics assets for business consumption
· Develop and maintain documentation on data structures and data flows to support the analytics team and stakeholders in their work.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in data analytics and share knowledge with the team
· Participate in strategic planning and decision-making related to data analytics and data management in the organization.
RequirementsSkills and Experience required:
· A relevant post-graduate qualification
· Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, ore related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
· Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and SAS.
· Experience in using different analytics techniques such as descriptive and diagnostic analytics, machine learning and predictive modelling.
· Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, and SAP Business Intelligence suite. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
· Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure is a plus.
