About the position
Understanding of both business, operations and supply chain systems.
Ability to read and interpret reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
Engaging cross-functional teams.
Proficient in handling large data sets, complex queries, and drawing business insights.
Gather and document BI requirements by collaborating with stakeholders.
Analyse data from WMS, TMS, and ERP systems to identify trends and insights.
Develop reports, dashboards, and track KPIs (e.g. OTIF, delivery delays, inventory).
Map processes and drive continuous improvement to optimise operations and reduce costs.
Define and support BI solutions with IT, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Present insights and engage stakeholders through reports, workshops, and meetings.
Ensure data quality through validation, cleansing, and regular audits.
Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
Support BI tool rollouts with training and post-implementation guidance.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decisions.
Collaborate across teams to enable data-driven decision-making.
Stay updated on BI tools and proactively suggest improvements.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in business, Finance, Economics, Information Technology or related field essential.
Certifications in BI or analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, SQL) Essential.
Training in supply chain systems (e.g. WMS, TMS, ERP).
2-3 years’ experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting role.
