About the position

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 to 6 years of professional experience in business intelligence, analytics or data development.
  • Proven hands-on experience developing production solutions with Power BI and T-SQL.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Fabric and PySpark or Spark SQL for data ingestion and transformation workloads.
  • Experience managing or supporting relational databases and troubleshooting data, query and performance issues.
  • Demonstrated experience across the full solution lifecycle including testing, deployment and documentation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work on-site in Sandton three days per week.
