About the position

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Analysis & Business Interpretation

• Work closely with health business stakeholders and case management teams to understand PHP business questions, clinical pathways, and operational use cases


• Interpret healthcare, claims, and operational data to support risk models, recommendations, and outcome reporting related to member health programmes

Data Modelling & Tabular Models

• Design and build semantic / tabular models that integrate multiple source systems into coherent analytical layers for PHP reporting


• Partner with BI architects and data engineers to ensure model design aligns with platform architecture and data governance standards

Reporting & Visualisation

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports used by:


• Senior executives (e.g. group and health leadership)


• PHP delivery teams


• Operational and clinical stakeholders


• Ensure reports support direct decision-making, not just descriptive metrics

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users, translating analytical outputs into clear insights and recommendations

Minimum Requirements:

• 3-5 Years Experience as BI Analyst


• Data Analysis & Business Interpretation


• Data Modelling & Tabular Models (Design and build semantic / tabular models)


• Reporting & Visualisation


• Power BI (data modelling, DAX, performance optimisation)
