BEE Sales Executive

About the position

We are recruiting a Sales Executive to join the Centurion Head Office of an established provider of BEE Consulting, HR and Training/Learnerships.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• 2+ years experience in a similar role within a BEE Consulting environment
• Drivers license with own vehicle
• Sound knowledge of BEE Codes and Practices; Skills Development Solutions and HR Practices

Overview of duties

• Develop a reliable sales pipeline to achieve sales targets
• Responsible for follow up of all sales leads given through from other departments
• Responsible for generation of own sales leads
• Analyzing market potential and new sales opportunities
• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective clients to generate new business for the company
• Sales calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective clients
• Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective clients
• Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints when required
• Planning and implementation of personal sales strategy to achieve sales targets
• Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services
• Participates in trade shows and conventions when required

Salary Bracket
Basic + excellent commission structure
