About the position

Step into a pivotal leadership role where your expertise will directly shape financial integrity and operational excellence. You'll take ownership of critical banking, payables, and receivables functions while guiding a team and ensuring compliance with financial best practices.

Role Description:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team through effective people and performance management
  • Oversee commercial banking operations, including account management and electronic banking platforms
  • Drive the full creditors function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments
  • Deliver financial reporting and reconciliations, including cash flow forecasting and payroll verification
  • Collaborate with auditors and internal stakeholders to maintain financial transparency
  • Manage SAP Banking and Finance systems, ensuring accurate processing and reporting
  • Strengthen risk management practices and ensure proper record-keeping

Requirements:

  • A Degree or Diploma in Accounting
  • 3-5 years' experience in a financial environment, including supervisory exposure
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP Financial Modules and Banking Systems
  • Solid understanding of financial principles, legislation, and compliance frameworks
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex financial processes
