It should be noted that when an employee applies for a lower category position it would be understood that he/she is also willing to accept the required reduction in wage.
Once multi-skilled in other jobs you may be scheduled to perform any two jobs in a working day
Key Responsibilities
Clean and/ or ensure the cleaning of the bakery - related equipment and utensils
Ensure that general housekeeping standards are maintained according to laid down standards in the Pick n Pay Food Safety Standards Manual
Report defective machinery/ utensils to the Manager
Provide general assistance with production
Serve customers
Prepare wastage for reporting
Clean the back - up area
Execute any reasonable general assignment given by management
